Community Response

The Community Response Program works in partnership with families to reach identified goals such as learning new parenting skills, finding housing and community resources. It is a preventive approach to help families with everyday stressors by providing assistance or by connecting families with resources in the community.

Referrals on Community Agencies

Anyone can call the FRCN resource line to learn about resources. For example if you are in need of mental health services, housing resources, parenting information, budget management, etc. and would like to learn more about providers in your area call: 1-800-664-3588

Parenting

Referrals can be made to Parenting classes offered within the community such as:
Strengthening Families
The Nurturing Program
Positive Solutions for Families
Raising Your Spirited Child
Families can partner with the Community Response Worker in their county and learn new approaches on parenting.
