Families with children under 18, with a focus on children ages 0-5 years old.

What:

Community Response Program [CRP] is a program that works in partnership with parents raising children under 18, focusing on children 0-5 years of age. CRP assists families in identifying strengths and completing targeted goals set by parents and their children.

CRP works with parents and their children to relieve everyday stressors that families face by connected them with neighboring resources including: budgeting, parenting, employment, respite, etc.
